$137 / month – 1 hr group lesson, 1 day per week
Wed 5pm – 6 PM
*There is a recorded replay if you are unable to make the session.
Through this re-discovery process, you can become the person you desire.
Logistics: The first session will focus on gathering history and information to plan forward and lasts approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours. Subsequent sessions last 1 hour to an hour and a half.
Local sessions are provided within the family home, or a community setting. The relaxed and familiar atmosphere has proven successful in making the most of the coaching hour.
Remote sessions are also available by Skype and Zoom.
The number of sessions: The duration of coaching varies from three months to several months, and sometimes longer when addressing more deeply-rooted challenges.
A rough average of coaching time is from three to six months.
You have the opportunity to purchase out-of-session, additional private coaching appointments.
